Kegel and PC For a Stronger, Harder, Thicker Penis

The PC muscle is a muscle located behind your testicles and before your anus. When you clench your butt cheeks together or try to stop peeing mid stream, you will know what muscle I am referring to.Flexing the PC muscle is a movement that is often referred to as a kegel. The PC muscle controls many things like your urinary flow and ejaculation. You use this muscle when you try to stop peeing, but besides that, it has many benefits, such as:

1. If you have a strong PC muscle, you can have complete control over when you ejaculate. You control when you go.

2. Stronger orgasm.

3. Control how far you can shoot your load.

4. Improve your urinary health.

5. Harder erections.

You can start making it stronger by just trying to stop peeing for 5 – 10 seconds when you go to the bathroom. Do this a couple times a day and you will notice an increase in strength.

You can also perform these exercises throughout the day while in the office sitting down in your chair, or sitting at home watching TV. Make sure to start out with just 50 contractions twice a day. Here are a couple of different kegel exercises. These exercises teach you how to control your PC muscle.

1. PC flutter – contract and release the muscle as fast as you can. This help increase your endurance. It will take some concentration at first, but it becomes easier. Do this for 1 minute a couple of times a day. This is a good exercise to learn how to stop premature ejaculation. When you are about to ejaculate, you flex the muscle and it stops it. The muscle actually cuts off the semen.

2. Flex and hold – See how long you can flex your PC muscle at full strength. After you release, wait 1 minute and try it again. You can do this a couple of times a day.

3. The combo – Basically a combo of #1 and #2. You flex the PC for 5 seconds and release and then do it again after a couple of seconds. Do this once a day for five minutes. After you can easily do 5 minutes, go to 10 and so on.

Mix up your workouts so that your muscle does not become used to them. Mix it up and try different things and you will have complete control over your PC.
